We would like to introduce a case of high-pressure cleaning of kitchen drainage pipes that we undertook. We went to perform high-pressure cleaning because a certain bakery's drainage was clogged. We started cleaning from the grease trap, but very little dirt came out, which seemed strange. Upon investigating the surroundings, we found an exposed drainage pipe outside, and when we removed the cap, we saw an overflow of sludge. We continued cleaning until the turbidity was cleared.
